Data privacy statement

(1) Collection and processing of data
Browser cookies: We do not use cookies on our websites. We have not integrated content from third party providers, in which cookies may be used.

Log files: Retrievals of our websites and files are automatically logged by our hosting provider. The logging serves technical and statistical purposes.
IP addresses are stored for a period of 7 days and subsequently made anonymous.
Non-personal data are logged: Domain and name of the retrieved file, time, status and data volume of the retrieval, and the browser type.

Forms: Further personal data is only collected if you consciously enter this information manually, e.g. in a web form. SSL encryption is used for the transmission of your form data. For usage see point 2.

E-mails: E-mails that you send to us are stored by our mail provider and by us. The transmission between the provider and us is encrypted. E-mails are deleted after 90 days unless they have become part of a business relationship during this period. We have to keep business correspondence for 6 years.

(2) Use of personal data
If you have entered personal data manually, we will only use it to answer your inquiry or to process your order.

Your data will not be passed on to third parties.

The deletion of personal data takes place if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose pursued, or if you revoke your consent for storage, or if an unauthorized storage exists.

(3) Rights of the concerned party
You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of these data at any time. You can find our contact information on our contact page.

(4) Person responsible and complaints
The company named in the imprint is responsible for data processing on our websites.
In the case of breaches of data protection law, the person concerned has a right of appeal to the responsible supervisory authority, in our case the data protection officer of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Their contact information can be found on that website.
